The Val de Ruda Luxe 11 apartment is located in the exclusive private complex known as "Residencial Val de Ruda", located on the slopes in Baqueira 1500 area. The access to the ski slopes is unbeatable. The elevator takes you directly to the garage where the heated ski storage is located and from here another elevator takes you directly to the new gondola lift. Once inside the apartment, the first thing we see on entering is an exclusive bright apartment and a spacious and cozy living / dining room. The living area has a sofa, a closed fireplace and a Smart TV. Next to the large french-style window is the dining area, where you can enjoy pleasant evenings during your holidays. The modern open kitchen is open to the living area and offers high-end appliances as well as full kitchenware. With capacity up to 6 people, Val de Ruda Luxe 11 has two comfortable bedrooms and two bathrooms. The main bedroom has a double bed and en suite bathroom, while the second bedroom has two bunk beds. The Val de Ruda Luxe 11 Apartment also offers Wifi, a parking lot and a ski storage room in the same building (services included in the price). You will find other FeelFree managed apartments in the best valley locations, where you will be able to enjoy winter sports, such as skiing or hiking and also trekking throughout the beautiful Aran Valley.

CANCELLATION POLICIES
Free cancellation up to 15 days before the date of entry. The penalty for cancellations less than 15 days before the date of entry is 50% of the total reservation. In case of no show, the penalty is 100% of the total reservation.
All reservations that include any date between December 23 and January 6 (both inclusive) and February 9 and February 24 (both inclusive), must be paid in full at least 30 days before checkin day. Otherwise, the reservation will be canceled and the amount paid to that date will be lost. In case of cancellation less than 30 days in advance, 100% of the reservation amount will be lost.
TOURIST TAX AND GUEST DATA
3 days before arrival, we will send a notice to complete the payment of the tourist tax and the online check-in with the details of all travelers over 14 years old before the day of arrival. This process is mandatory under Catalan law, as it is necessary to provide this information before the day of arrival in order to access the apartment.
