DESCRIPTION
The holiday apartment Val de Ruda Luxe 27 is a luxury accommodation that is part of the newly built residential complex known as Val de Ruda, located at the foot of the ski runs at 1,500 meters elevation mark in the ski resort of Baqueira Beret. The holiday apartment is right beside the gondola exit, making ski run access unsurpassable. From the apartment a lift takes you to the garage where there is another lift leading directly to the new gondola. This is a cosy apartment where everything has been taken care of to the smallest details and where the wooden floors and ceilings stand out above all. It offers a cosy open plan lounge-dining room with kitchenette, two bedrooms and two fully fitted bathrooms. In the lounge there are two comfortable sofas and next to them we find the dining table where you will be able to enjoy delicious dinners on your return from the slopes. Thanks to the large window and the French door with direct access to the balcony, which are located by this table, this room enjoys lots of light. The kitchenette is perfectly equipped with top of the range electrical appliances and complete kitchenware. The main bedroom in Val de Ruda Luxe 27 has a queen size bed and an en-suite bathroom . The second bedroom has a triple bunk bed. There is also a second fully fitted bathroom. The apartment Val de Ruda Luxe 27 also offers a parking space and a heated ski equipment room in the same building (included in the price). Enjoy the convenience of staying at a comfortable apartment with all the amenities of a high-end residential development situated just at the foot of the ski slopes. CANCELLATION POLICIES
Free cancellation up to 15 days before the date of entry. The penalty for cancellations less than 15 days before the date of entry is 50% of the total reservation. In case of no show, the penalty is 100% of the total reservation.
All reservations that include any date between December 23 and January 6 (both inclusive) and February 9 and February 24 (both inclusive), must be paid in full at least 30 days before checkin day. Otherwise, the reservation will be canceled and the amount paid to that date will be lost. In case of cancellation less than 30 days in advance, 100% of the reservation amount will be lost.
TOURIST TAX AND GUEST DATA
3 days before arrival, we will send a notice to complete the payment of the tourist tax and the online check-in with the details of all travelers over 14 years old before the day of arrival. This process is mandatory under Catalan law, as it is necessary to provide this information before the day of arrival in order to access the apartment.
