The Val de Ruda Luxe 52 apartment is located in the exclusive private complex known as "Urbanization Ruda", located on the slopes at the Baqueira 1500. The access to the ski slopes is unbeatable. There is an elevator with direct access to the garage where the heated ski-stand is located and from here another elevator can take you directly to the exit of the new gondola lift. Once inside the apartment, the first thing we find is a spacious and cozy living-dining room. The living area has a comfortable L-shaped sofa, a closed fireplace and a Smart Tv. Next to the large french-style window is the dining table where you can enjoy pleasant evenings during your holidays. The modern open kitchen is opened to the living area and offers high-end appliances as well as full kitchenware. With capacity up to 5 people, Val de Ruda Luxe 52 has two comfortable bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has two single beds, en-suite bathroom and a Smart TV, while the second bedroom has a bunk bed and a trundle bed. Both rooms have been tastefully decorated taking care of every detail. The Val de Ruda Luxe 52 Apartment also offers Wi-Fi and two parking spaces and two ski lockers in the same building, all services included in the price. You will find other FeelFree managed apartments in the best valley locations, where you will be able to enjoy winter sports, such as skiing or hiking and also trekking throughout the beautiful Aran Valley.

CANCELLATION POLICIES
Free cancellation up to 15 days before the date of entry. The penalty for cancellations less than 15 days before the date of entry is 50% of the total reservation. In case of no show, the penalty is 100% of the total reservation.
All reservations that include any date between December 23 and January 6 (both inclusive) and February 9 and February 24 (both inclusive), must be paid in full at least 30 days before checkin day. Otherwise, the reservation will be canceled and the amount paid to that date will be lost. In case of cancellation less than 30 days in advance, 100% of the reservation amount will be lost.
TOURIST TAX AND GUEST DATA
3 days before arrival, we will send a notice to complete the payment of the tourist tax and the online check-in with the details of all travelers over 14 years old before the day of arrival. This process is mandatory under Catalan law, as it is necessary to provide this information before the day of arrival in order to access the apartment.
